PC Repairs / Upgrades

This is a strictly local service based in and around the Northampton - Market Harborough area and is offered as a result of evident demand and requests by local customers. As a general rule, we plan to assist people within a 10 mile radius of Maidwell (NN6 9) but will happily discuss arrangements with those slightly further afield.

Whilst we do have experience with other versions, as far back as windows 3.1 and following versions, it's so old now that if you have this still running, you really should look at upgrading! If you want our advise, simply visit Dell and get yourself a reasonable PC for very little money.

Hourly Rates

Our hourly rate is £50 per hour (including VAT)

How we work

If your issue is software related, it may be possible for us to fix the issue while you are on the phone. We would remote connect to your computer and identify the issue and fix it with you, via the phone. You would be able to see us controlling the mouse on your screen, in a one off secure support session. The benefit of this is the speed in which we can help and the fact you can see exactly what we are doing, enabling us to identify and fix the problem swiftly. 

*Note: We are a fair company to deal with and whilst we can fix most software problems remotely, should we be unable to fix the problem, no charge will be levied at all.

For all hardware upgrades, please contactus on 0845 643 0978 so that we can negotiate a suitable transaction. We can either visit on site, organise a collection of hardware or accept a drop off at our office.
